 Paula Flanders-Farmer, MS
Paula has dedicated over 2 decades to guiding individuals and organizations aiding individuals with disabilities and mental health. She has worked in public, private, Montessori, and Alternative settings for many years. She has also worked in the corporate sector as a trainer supporting school districts with training on Social Emotional Learning, data collection, and classroom management. Paula is most passionate about using behavior-based principles to help develop systems to improve progress. 

Orville Anthony Lyttle, MA, BCBA
Anthony has made it his mission to support individuals with disabilities and those connected to the field for over 30 years. He has worked in the school setting as an educator and Administrator before starting his journey as a BCBA.  He continues to support school districts within the US and internationally. Anthony has many philanthropic projects one being supporting parents of students with aversive behaviors from his native island of Jamaica. Anthony enjoys seeing the success of his clients.
