Paula Flanders-Farmer, MS
Brings over 25 years of experience in the special education field. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with a wide range of special needs and has been dedicated to empowering educators through professional development. In addition to her work in education, Paula has applied her expertise in the corporate sector, training teachers to better serve their students. Her true passion lies in addressing adverse behaviors that hinder personal growth, helping individuals overcome barriers to reach their fullest potential.
Orville Anthony Lyttle, MA, BCBA
Anthony has made it his mission to support individuals with disabilities and those connected to the field for over 30 years. He has worked in the school setting as an educator and Administrator before starting his journey as a BCBA. He continues to support school districts within the US and internationally. Anthony has many philanthropic projects one being supporting parents of students with aversive behaviors from his native island of Jamaica. Anthony enjoys seeing the success of his clients.
