Paula has done amazing work with transforming our staff's mindset for working with some of our most difficult students.  I often refer to Paula as the "student whisperer". She really is amazing at addressing any conflict and training others to do the same! 

I watched Paula with amazement during training at an Applied Behavior Analysis conference. I truly didn't think she would be able to change the volunteer's mindset during their role play but she not only changed her mindset but at the end, the volunteer acknowledged her role in the situation. It was impressive.  

Mr. Lyttle continues to amaze us with how he supports our entire family with his ABA techniques. The goals our son has accomplished continue to increase his independence and improve is overall social behaviors.  Our family is now able to go on outings together and enjoy each other's company. We are truly grateful for all Mr. Lyttle has done for our son.

This team has helped us transform our staff with their consultative support. We were facing heavy turnover due to the serious nature of our client's behaviors. Since implementing some of the suggested modifications we have been able to make necessary changes. We will continue to utilize Nr. Lyttle and Ms. Flanders-Farmer to support us with our staffing needs.

Anthony is a miracle worker! We have struggled with keeping RBTs to work with our sons. It has been very difficult to find staff willing to work with individuals with severe Autism who express how they feel with aggressive actions. With Anthonys support our RBT has been able to implement proactive measures which prevent herself and our son from getting hurt. We are so appreciative and grateful for Anthony!!
